Laserlines is a long standing UK distributor of laser systems and 3D Printers selling to all market sectors. Ralph Wilkin, Managing Director explains how SAP Business One and Yuma helps to aid their business processes.
"We chose SAP Business One in 2005 to replace an old accounts system, a sales contact management package and an in-house produced service management system. By bringing all 3 functions together we were able to achieve much better visibility across all departments and tie all of the various aspects together. The ability to create user defined fields meant that we could structure the software how we wanted to work and not be forced down alien process routes by an inflexible system. With the addition of the Boyum Usability Pack this just increased this ability.
In the early days after implementing SAP Business One, we were able to handle a doubling of sales in logistics without any additional staff. This is very much down to improved working practices based around SAP Business One. Yuma have been our partner in much of this and it is only through their understanding of our company and how we work that we have been able to continue this improvement process."
